JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the third respondent / Tahsildar dated 08.04.2005 wherein the petitioner was informed that the permission of the first respondent / District Collector has to be obtained for performing any religious activities and constructions of temple/ mosque/church. If anyone proceeds to the contrary, serious action would be initiated against them.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also reported that there was no instruction from the petitioner. As the interim prayer sought for by the petitioner was dismissed in 2006 itself, after a lapse of 12 years, nothing survives in this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
