Tr.Jeevanantham Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus against the 3rd and 4th respondents causing production of the detenue my wife Tmt.J.Dhivya Bharathi with the direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 3 and 4 for causing production of the detenue petitioner's wife the said J.Dhivya Bharathi, before this Court and set her at liberty.

For R1 and R2 ORDER (Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, J.Dhivya Bharathi, wife of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.
3. The petitioner himself has produced the detenue.
4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
In fine, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
