Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the Family Court at Shimoga, in the interest of justice and equity.
This Civil Petition coming on for Admission this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner and Respondent jointly submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Therefore they pray for and are granted liberty to file an application regarding compromise before the Family Court, where the matter is pending.
2. In case such an application is filed before the Family Court, suitable orders in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties shall be passed by the Family Court.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
