ub ORDER When the matter came up before this court on 11.03.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that he has already given a change of vakalat and this Court has directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and post the matter on 20.03.2017. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing no one represented the petitioner inspite of name of the petitioner printed in the cause list. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
