JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this writ petition is taken up, Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents submitted that the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner has been withdrawn and the learned Assistant Solicitor General has also produced a letter addressed to him by the Bureau of Immigration (MHA) Government of India, No.26, Haddows Road, Chennai, dated 05.09.2017 in this respect.
2. In view of the representation made by the Assistant Solicitor General, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition may be closed.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
