ORDER Plaintiffs in O.S.No.526/2012 on the file of the Additional City Civil Judge, CCH-10, Bengaluru, have come up in these writ petitions impugning the order dated 3.10.2015 passed on an IA.Nos.2 and 3.
2. When these matters are taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.526/2012 is looked into in the e-courts website of Bengaluru District. On going through the same, it is seen that O.S.No.526/2012 has already been disposed of on merits by judgment dated 5.12.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions as they have become infructuous. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
