Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.8919/04/A dated 31.12.2004 and quash the order passed therein and direct the respondents to settle all the terminal and pensionary benefits of the petitioner with all consequential benefits within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
