This criminal petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.257 of 2009 for the offence under Section 353 IPC.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that according to the instructions received from the Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Kurnool after examining three witnesses vide letter dated 03.07.2014, police dropped further action.
3. Since the police have dropped further action after due investigation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
