2. Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the order, encroachments have been removed and that at the instance of the respondent, action is sought to be initiated against the officer concerned.
3. The above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader amounts to substantial compliance of the order and therefore, the same is recorded. Consequently, no further order is required in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
