JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that already the second respondent police has issued the CSR receipt and conducted enquiry and that final report will be filed within a period of three weeks.
3. Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to file final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
