The learned Government Pleader submits that pursuant to Annexure 1 judgment, all the procedural formalities were completed and that the matter has been finalized by the 1st respondent/District Collector, who passed order dated 12.09.2014, whereby the impugned order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 15.01.2011 was set aside and the matter was remanded for fresh consideration. The said submission is recorded. In the said circumstances, nothing further remains to be considered in this contempt matter. It is closed accordingly.
