JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by A.SELVAM, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the order passed in G.W.O.P.No.19 of 2014, by the Family Court, Erode.
2. The appellant herein, as petitioner, has filed G.W.O.P.No.19 of 2014, to get custody of the ward mentioned therein, wherein, the present respondent has been shown as sole respondent. The trial Court, after considering the divergent contentions raised on either side, has dismissed G.W.O.P.No.19 of 2014, by way of passing the impugned order and the same is being challenged in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
3. During pendency of the same, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center, wherein, both parties have agreed to unite themselves and to that effect, both parties have entered into a compromise, as per terms mentioned therein.
4. Considering the aforesaid factual aspects, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
In fine, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise entered into between the parties. The Registry is directed to annex the terms of compromise along with the decree.
