JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the the respondent to consider his representation dated 28.08.2017 to conduct the cultural programme on 07.09.2017 at Muthumariamman Kovil, Mudikondan Village, Thirumanoor Post, Ariyalur District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondent on 28.08.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 07.09.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.
4. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.
5. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 06.09.2017.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
