This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER In this matter, Mr. A.S.Manjunath, ADLR, Kundapur, who had appeared before this Court on 16.07.2019, submits that he has completed the work of podi in respect of portion of land bearing Sy.No.133/16 and Sy.No.133/18 of Shivalli village, Udupi taluk and submitted his report to the Court along with a Memo. The same is accepted and taken on record.
2. The party-in-person Smt.S.Sathiya Bama would submit that survey work is conducted as per the directions issued by this Court. Then what remains is the implementation of phodi and durasti of the said portions of land by ADLR.
3. Mr. A.S.Manjunath, ADLR , Kundapur would submit that within a period of one week, the said work will also be completed. His submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of this petition, in the event if there is any short coming in the work which is conducted by the ADLR, to bring it to the notice of this Court.
