ORDER Sri.M.O.Sultan, learned counsel for Sri.Naveed Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of efflux of time and submits that a memo has been filed to that effect.
The same is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
