WRIT PETITION No.5248 of 2013 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salary from November, 2011 to November, 2012 to the petitioner as, illegal and contrary to the A.P.S.R.T.C. Service Regulations and to the provisions of the Act 1 of 1996 the persons with Disabilities (Equal, Opportunities, Protection of Rights guaranteed under the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the said salary.
It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 08.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12819 of 2014.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order with the direction that the observations made therein shall be read as part of this order. The respondents are directed to pay salary to the petitioner for the period from November, 2011 to November, 2012 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
