ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 28-12-2013 in W.P.No.37806 of 2012.
The respondent filed a counter affidavit wherein he has stated that on 13-11-2014, he has disposed of the appeal as per the directions of this Court.
With the passing of order dated 13-11-2014, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, although belatedly. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in the event he feels aggrieved by the said order.
