This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10-12 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 11.08.2010 in W.P.No.18253 of 2000 under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
It is submitted by both the counsel that the order which is said to be violated has been complied with by issuing G.O.Ms.No.58, Higher Education (CE) Department, dated 20.12.2014.
In view of the compliance of the order, the contempt case is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these cases shall stand closed.
