JUDGMENT / ORDER

The 7th defendant in the suit in O.S.No.574 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to strike off the suit in O.S.No.574 of 2011.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 7th defendant has already filed his written statement in the year 2012.
3. Since the suit is pending for more than five years, I am of the view that the trial Court can be directed to dispose of the suit after taking into consideration the issues raised by the 7th defendant in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.574 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, taking into consideration the issues raised by the 7th defendant in this Civil Revision Petition within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
