JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint in CSR No.59 of 2017 recorded by the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had approached the respondent several times to register the complaint for which a receipt in C.S.R.No.59 of 2017 was issued to the petitioner on 18.03.2017 itself, but the respondent has not taken any care either to investigate or to register the case.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to register the complaint made by the petitioner on 18.03.2017. If cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall conduct necessary enquiry and take appropriate action and proceed in accordance with law.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
