Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ, order or direction commanding the opposite parties no. 2, 3 & 4 to consider the case of the petitioner, to take appropriate action against the opposite party nos. 5 & 6, restraining them to create hindrance in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land Khata no. 41, situated in the village and post Banyani, District Ambedkar Nagar.
The prayer made by the petitioner is misconceived.
However, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 133 Cr. P.C.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
