P.K.Maurya, Advocate holding brief of Ram Narayan (Maurya), learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that this writ petition is filed only against the order of remand and submits that without pressing the prayers made in this petition, this writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned that the Appeal No.00473 of 2019 (Computerized Case No.D201907110000473) (State of U.P. Vs. Sita Ram) under Section 67 (5) of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006, be decided expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law unless there is any legal impediment.
