JUDGMENT / ORDER

Inspite of service of notice, no one appeared on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3.
The petitioner is directed to take fresh steps within a week. The petitioner will also serve the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 outside the Court through Dasti Summon, for which, the office will issue necessary summons to the petitioner.
List in the second week of March, 2010. Interim order granted earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
