Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 30.05.2019 passed in Writ - A No. 9296 of 2019 (Sita Ram Singh Yadav. State of U.P. & 3 others).
An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit of compliance that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
This fact has also been admitted by learned counsel for the applicant.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
