These petitions have been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Spl.C.C.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the Special Judge under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Puducherry
2.Pending Criminal Original Petitions, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.
3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioners are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of Aadhar Cards viz., Ramkumar Aadhar No.4969 6351 0306; K.Vijayalakshmi Aadhar No.544847367355; N.Nagaraj Aadhar No.470014651054; K.Prakash Aadhar No.655892774783; S.Meenatchi - Aadhar No.505923428457 and Brindavathi Aadhar No.554584630868 and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded.
4.The defacto complainant filed an affidavit dated 14.11.2017 to the effect that she has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
5. In view of the affidavit filed by an defacto complainant and taking into account the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in Spl.C.C.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the Special Judge under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Puducherry is hereby quashed.
6. The affidavit, dated 14.11.2017 filed by the defacto complainant is hereby recorded. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The affidavit, dated 14.11.2017 shall forms part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
