JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner's mini bus No.TN-45-C-1617 to operate upto Vellalapatti Mariamman Koil (via) Kizhathottiapatti, Chakiliapatti, while operating from Musiri to Thathiengarpettai Cross Road in Tiruchirappalli District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no instruction from the petitioner as to the present stage of the matter.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the fact that already 13 years had elapsed from the year on which this writ petition has been filed, this Court is unable to issue any such positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition.
4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application to the authorities, if anything survives in the matter. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
