JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 22.05.2017 in seeking permission to conduct cultural programme in Arulmigu Sri Neethimariamman Koil to be held at Kudisai Village, Anaikattu Taluk, Vellore District scheduled to be held on 10.06.2017 from 07.00 to 10.00 pm.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondent on 22.05.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 10.06.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

3. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.
4. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 08.06.2017.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
