For petitioners : Mr.C.Umashankar O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Court below to strike off the suit viz., O.S.No.31 of 2017, on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Gingee.
2. Though a larger relief is sought for in this petition i.e., to strike off the suit, learned counsel for the petitioners would restrict his prayer for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the interlocutory applications in the suit, pending on its file, within a stipulated time.
3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Principal District Munsif, Gingee, is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.103,104 and 117 of 2017 in O.S.No.31 of 2017, pending on its file, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. On perusal of the order of injunction, it is found that there is no prohibitory order that prevents the parties from worshiping the God. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the injunction, as there is no specific prohibition for the devotees to worship the God.
5. Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
Consequently, the connected C.M.P.Nos.16937 to 16939 of 2017 are closed.
