Sq.M] in his name with reference to the 5th respondent letter (Na.Ka.104/2015/a), dated 15.12.2015 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2016.

Pleader - for R1 to R3, R5 & R6 Mr.G.B.Rajesh - for R4 O R D E R Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 and Mr.G.B.Rajesh, learned counsel, takes notice for the 4th respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta to him in respect of the lands in Kanchipuram District, Kanchipuram Town Registry [861/1F (0.0005.0) Sq.M., 861/2A (0.0008.5) Sq.M, 861/2B (0.00046.5) Sq.M., 861/2C (0.0003.0)Sq.M,, 861/2D (0.0003.0) Sq.M., 861/2E (0.0002.) Sq.M] in his name, with reference to the 5th respondent's letter dated 15.12.2015 and consider his representation dated 30.12.2016.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2016, the respondents have not issued the patta to the petitioner so far.
4. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 submitted that the 5th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2016, for the issuance of patta, and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
