JUDGMENT / ORDER

Consistently, there is no representation for the petitioner. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned by two weeks. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 20.07.2017 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” on 27.07.2017. Again, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no option except to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
