2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that there was a amicable settlement between the petitioner and respondent and thereby the case in STC.No.4377 of 2010 has been closed as settled out of Court and hence, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
