Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the fair and Decreetal order as made in I.A.No.779 of 2011 in O.S.No.487 of 2003 dated 14.06.2016 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit within a reasonable time for the reason that this Court by Order dated 28.01.2016 in C.R.P.(PD).No.210 of 2016 had already directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents I direct the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore to dispose the suit in O.S.No.487 of 2003, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
