This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the alleged debt due to the petitioner.
On 09.06.2014, the counsel for the petitioner was not present. Therefore, the case was adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause.
Hence, the company petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
