1. The present revision arises from the order passed by the Trade Tax Tribunal, Varanasi dated 07.06.2008 in Second Appeal No. 584 of 2007 for A.Y. 2004-05 (Central). By that order, the Tribunal has dismissed the appeal filed by the assessee and confirmed the order of the first appeal authority.
2. By a detailed order passed today (26.07.2019), Sales/Trade Tax Revision No. 877 of 2008 in the case of the same assessee for A.Y. 2004-05 (U.P.), has been dismissed and the order passed by the Tribunal upheld.
3. For the same facts and for the same reasons, the present revision is also dismissed.
