JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would work out his remedy before the Competent Civil Court.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before a Competent Civil Court. No costs.
