On 31.07.2019, this Court adjourned the appeal granting three weeks’ time for compliance of the office objections subject to the condition that the appeal shall be listed for dismissal if the office objections are not complied. But till today, the office objections have not been complied with. Therefore, it is obvious that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. As such, the appeal is dismissed for default.
