ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 10.12.2013, in W.P.M.P.No.39802 of 2013, in W.P.No.32023 of 2013.
At the hearing, it is represented that after the above-mentioned order was passed by this Court, the respondent has so far paid a sum of Rs.7,08,000/- and that further negotiations are taking place. It is also stated that the respondent has filed an application for vacating the above-mentioned order.
In the light of the above facts, the contempt case is closed without prejudice to rights of the parties to negotiate and arrive at an amicable settlement. The respondent is also left free to pursue the vacate stay application.
