IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS DATED : 22.09.2017 CORAM THE HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE M.DHANDAPANI W.P.No.25548 of 2004 Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in proceedings No.84751/A7/TTC/89 dated 31.1.97 and quash the same and direct the respondent to treat the reinstatement of the petitioner as an alternative employment at par with original employment and not as a fresh entrant, with continuity of service along with back wages safeguarding and protecting the pay and allowances earned by the petitioner.
