O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Having regard to the allegations made in the charge sheet, the learned counsel seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek discharge on the same grounds before the trial Court.
3. Having regard to the fact that the charge sheet is of the year 2012, the trial Court is directed to expedite the matter and complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
Petition is disposed of in terms of the above order.
