Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to give appointment to the petitioner herein on compassionate grounds consdiering his qualification and family circumstances.

Pleader ORDER When the matter is taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader has produced a letter in Na.Ka.No.9560/2005/ m 1, dated 01.03.2006, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has M.V.MURALIDARAN,J kal already appointed as Junior Assistant long back. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the said factum.
2.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
