On earlier occasion i.e. 14.03.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” on 16.03.2017. Even today, (16.03.2017) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through the counsel on record. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
