O R D E R In this petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner inter alia assails the validity of the order dated 22.11.2017 passed on an application filed under Order 16 Rules 6 and 7 of code of Civil Procedure in M.C.No.1806/2006.
2. The aforesaid writ petition is pending before this Court since 2018. No interim order has been passed and now probably the proceedings itself could be decided. In case, the proceedings are still pending petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of this Court to please.
3. With the aforesaid liberty, petition stands disposed of.
