JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Saravanakumar, aged about 38 years. According to the petitioner, the said Saravanakumar has been found missing from 21.02.2017 onwards. Since he has not been secured, the petitioner has come up with this habeas corpus petition.
2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Mr.Saravanakumar had raised loan from various persons, running to Rs.2 = crores and since there was pressure from the creditors, he has gone underground and however, search is still in progress.
3. In view of the same, we find that there is no illegal detention. Therefore, we are unable to grant any relief sought for by the petitioner. Hence the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. However, the respondents are directed to continue the search of the detenu.
