ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in declaring that the motion of no confidence carried out against respondent No.4 is illegal and arbitrary.
Questioning the decision impugned in this Writ Petition, respondent No.4, against whom motion of no confidence is carried out, herself has filed W.P.No.29888 of 2014. I am therefore of the opinion that this Writ Petition filed, evidently in support of respondent No.4, is wholly unnecessary. If the petitioner seeks to support the stand of respondent No.4, he can get impleaded in the said Writ Petition.
For the above mentioned reasons, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to the dismissal interim order dated 1-10- 2014 is vacated and WPMP Nos.37336, 37337 and 37722 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
