JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 21.03.2014 made in W.P.No.7265 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.
2. On the above said allegation, on 15.03.2017, this court has directed the Registry to S.NAGAMUTHU.J., issue a statutory contempt notice to the respondent herein. Pursuant to the said statutory notice, the respondent/contemnor made appearance before this court. He is also represented by the learned Additional Advocate General.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a Xerox copy of proceedings of the respondent in G.O.(2D) No.99, Revenue [Ser 4(2)]Department, dated 30.03.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated the same thing.
4. Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed as no more adjudication is necessary in this matter. The petitioner is discharged from all further proceedings.
