O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.
Perused the records.
2. Petitioner has sought to quash the registration of FIR filed against him in Cr.No.161/2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 182, 34, 420, 468, 471 and 119 of IPC.
3. There are serious allegations of cheating and falsification of records in the complaint. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that the investigation was transferred to CID and investigation is at the final stage.
In view of the above submission, I do not find any justifiable reason to quash the registration of the FIR. Hence, petition is dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of main petition, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration and the same is dismissed.
