ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution as illegal and arbitrary.
By order dated 30-10-2014, this Court has directed respondent No.4 to be personally present and explain his conduct in not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, submitted that respondent No.4 was personally present in the Court and that as he has developed health problem he has rushed to the hospital. He has further submitted that after the filing of the Writ Petition, respondent No.4 has released the essential commodities.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.40800 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
