ORDER Sri K. Gurudhatta, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri K.V.Lokesh, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
The petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of the parties, it is heard finally.
2. In these petitions, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the possession notice dated 22.09.2017, issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
3. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in possession of sites bearing Nos.26 to 28 and he is the owner of the said properties in question.
4. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that under the original possession notice at Annexure ‘A’, it is mentioned that only in respect of site No.57 the impugned possession notice has been issued and not site Nos.26 to 28.
5. The aforesaid submissions are taken on record.
6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petitions. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
