2. The complaint has been filed on the ground that the petitioner is a daughter of one Chinnikrishnan. The second respondent is the mother of the complainant and the third respondent is the brother of the complainant.
3. The first respondent is the purchaser of the property from the second and third respondents. The allegations made in the complaint was that the property was purchased by the petitioner's father Chinnikrishnan and they are also having right over the property and without the knowledge of the complainant, the second and third respondents have sold the property to the first respondent and thereby cheated the complainants.
