O R D E R
Pursuant to the Bailable Warrant issued to the respondent, the Ashok Nagar Police had secured the respondent and produced him before this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent had vacated the premises on 27.11.2017 and handed over possession to the petitioner.

3. The contemnor submitted that he had vacated and handed over vacant possession to the petitioner. The contemnor also submitted that he had no intention to disobey the orders of this Court and therefore, the Contempt Petition may be closed.
4. In these circumstances, since the respondent had vacated the premises and handed over vacant possession to the petitioner, I am not inclined to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the Bailable Warrant issued to the respondent is also withdrawn.
